Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy:


Refunds or reshipments are possible in the following situations:


1. We sent the wrong item.


2. The package is lost (if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 15 days, it is considered lost).


3. The package is damaged within 3 days of receipt.


Refunds or reshipments are not possible in the following situations:


1. The customer does not like the item.


2. The customer requests to cancel the order after shipment.


3. The goods arrived at the recipient's address, but the recipient could not be contacted, or the address was incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.


4. Remote countries/islands/regions.
